Enfuzi Community Campsite is set on the forested rim of a volcanic crater lake in the lush Rwenzori foothills at Lake Nkuruba. Join us and admire the lake’s abundant wildlife and tranquil views while truly experiencing the vibrant local culture at one of Uganda’s most unique and exciting locations.
Four species of monkey are commonly seen at the campsite including Black and White Colobus and Red Tailed. We regually host visitors tracking chimpanzees in the Kibale Forest National Park.

You are welcome to experience one of our homemade meals and learn about how local dishes are made.
Accommodation
We have 5 non self-contained bandas each accommodating 5 people.
Rates are Ushs15,000- per person.
Enjoy self camping in our grounds at only Ushs5,000- per person.
All rates exclude breakfast.

Facilities and activities
We organise guided tours and activities that include swimming in the Lake Nkuruba lake, chimpanzee tracking in the Kibale Forest National Park, hiking to the Mukoma Waterfalls, visits to villages and tours of the tea estates. We have guides available for those wishing to go birding or conduct nature walks and visit the Rwaihamba market. Bicycle hire is possible at very affordable rates.
